We will help you to define your project brief so we have a good understanding of your requirements, whether these are practical, lifestyle-orientated, or rooted in design and style preferences. This process ensures that our proposals are tailored to you.

    We will undertake thorough research into local planning policy and scrutinise similar planning applications in the local area. We meticulously review site constraints and opportunities to make sure that we are maximising the potential of your project.

    Once we have a deep understanding of all the influencing factors, we will prepare initial design proposals that address your requirements and effectively tackle any challenges unearthed during our research.

    We'll submit applications to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and to address any conditions attached to the planning approval.

    Once the technical design is finalised, we can assist you in finding the right builder for a competitive price.

    Opting for Contract Administration means we'll take charge of the relationship between you and the builder. From verifying that the work aligns with the contract to ensuring you only pay for work that has been completed and managing any changes that arise along the way.

    Once construction wraps up, we can also help you resolve any issues or defects that arise after you move in.
